The VOF Project Realization Intensive Flow (VOF PIF) has been commissioned for the new office of Krinkels in Breda. Partly due to the highest respect for the very high quality and sustainable ambitions of Krinkels, the VOF PIF came out in the tender.

TES participates in the VOF PIF as responsible for electrical installations. Besides TES, Winters Bouw & Development is responsible for engineering and the Van Delft Group is responsible for the mechanical installations in the VOF PIF. Last week the contract was signed by the VOF board and Krinkels.

The completion of the project, located on the corner of the Princenhagenlaan and the Count Engelbertlaan (Southern Rondenweg) in Breda, is planned for September 2018. Here the state-of-the-art and highly durable building will be realized with high-quality products. The delivery will take place in September 2018.

Krinkels bought a plot of 0.7 hectares at Rithmeesterpark. The 60-year-old company is involved in the design and maintenance of public and private spaces. These include green and water management, paving and the construction of sports fields. Krinkels is a contractor with national coverage in the infra with over 1600 employees spread across various locations in the Netherlands and some other European countries. Their most famous work is the realization of the MH17 monument near Schiphol. The new headquarters is an architectural highlight that fits in with its surroundings and the vision of Krinkels.
